Terms and Policies Legal Disclaimer

Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money. 

Please note that while not impossible, it will be very difficult to complete this course as intended, and you will not have the same options as I teach in the training, if you are using a mobile device, or tablet. 


I reserve the right to make any modifications that I deem necessary at any time. Please continue to check these terms to see what those changes may be. 

Dominate Social Media has Thinkific and Group access for a total of 8 weeks (unless the DSM - Presidential Package is purchased, which entitles the subscriber to lifetime access). New training posts are released each day over the course of 4 weeks.

Pausing your Dominate Social Media Course: Requests for "pausing" your course must be sent to us by email within 24 hours of payment for the course and your course access must also still be at 0% activity. Any requests made outside of these circumstances will not be approved. In extreme circumstances, we may approve your course to be paused, giving you the remaining course time you have left at the time the request is made. Once you have reactivated your course, no other requests for pausing the course will be approved.  

Extra course access for Dominate Social Media: During some special promotions, you may have earned extra course time. Requests for this added time earned, must be sent to us by email within 24 hours of payment for the course, and your course access must also still be at 0% activity. 

DSM - The Next Level is on a monthly subscription basis. You are able to cancel your subscription at any time. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription account. There is a no refund policy once a subscription charge has been made. Once a subscription charge has been made, if a refund is requested, you may be granted a refund, at my sole discretion, on a case by case basis. If granted a refund, it will include the amount paid, minus a 20% administration fee, and minus the amount of days passed between your charges and your cancellation (which will be prorated based on the subscription amount charged).

Access to these courses are limited to the person registered. Regardless of the relationship to you or your business, access to anyone else is not permitted. They will need to register and pay for their "seat" as well just like any in-person class would be. IP monitoring is enabled for unusual activity. Requests for extensions will only be considered under extreme circumstances, and only when request for consideration is made prior to the course expiring. 

The information in the courses are for your use and your business use only. It is NOT to be shared, printed, duplicated, taught to anyone else, or replicated in anyway.

NO personal messages - not to my personal page or business page. My personal page is NOT for any kind of business outside of working with my doTERRA team. My business page is for doing doTERRA business. I have to set boundaries and ask that you respect these. There is a Private Facebook Group you will have access to during your training for your course related questions. Asking your questions within that Group will insure that everyone else can benefit from your question and the answer. Please only contact me VIA EMAIL if there is an emergency or concern about the course. I will not have time to address technological questions outside of using Facebook. 

Please do not ask any doTERRA policy related questions in this course. No soliciting or recruiting to any other members; not in comments or private.

Anyone in violation of any of the terms listed will be removed immediately without warning or refund and held liable for any damages or legal costs incurred.

For DSM - Presidential Package Members & Dominate Social Media easy pay plan option only: if you miss a scheduled payment, or cancel a payment, your access to the course, and any associated groups, will automatically expire; your payment will remain due. If the associated payment goes 10 days overdue, your account will be sent to collections. You will be responsible for the original payment, plus any associated fees. The easy pay plan is a purchase, not a subscription; these cannot be cancelled, and will not have an option for a refund.

Affiliates - emails for notification of any monies earned will be sent to your email address on file. These emails are sent the 20th of each month for you to claim anything earned the month prior. Once your email has been sent, you must follow the instructions in the email and invoice us by the end of the month the email was sent. Any invoices sent after that will be voided. Due to tax purposes and bookkeeping we are unable to pay you if you go beyond this point. 

Privacy Policy

What I do to maintain your Privacy. Privacy is becoming increasingly important to every one of us what with the incessant volumes of SPAM (unsolicited commercial email), junk snail mail (like pre-approved credit card applications and the likes), and the dangers of identity theft. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. Personal contact information submitted via any of my websites (such as your name, email address, phone number etc.) is securely protected through my professional email management system. Rest assured, I will never, ever rent, sell or share your email address. Nor will your email address ever be accidentally exposed in the “To” or “Cc” fields. I use only the best, secure, professional online ordering systems. You can be assured that your credit card and personal information is safe. If you become a client of mine, every word you share with me is held in the strictest of confidence. I respect your privacy. You agree to accepting email communication from jen@mentorwithjen.com or support@mentorwithjen.com to share with you things such as, but not limited to, account information and Mentor With Jen offers.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

If you are attempting to use a coupon code and are having issues (don't know where to enter it, errors, or expired offer, etc.), it is your responsibility to email support before the purchase is completed. Once a charge has been completed, no adjustments for the coupon discount will be given.  

My company’s entire liability, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid, minus a 20% processing fee, or replacement of our products, at my option. We limit replacement or refund to 24 hours from purchase. A refund will be considered only if the user has never logged into the training, has never joined the associated Facebook Group, and still shows a course progress rate of 0%. Once you have accessed the course training, joined the associated Facebook Group, or the 24 hour time frame since purchase has passed, the refund window is closed. In the case of VIP Services, no refunds will be given once an appointment has been booked. All remedies are limited to the United States. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Limitation & Exclusion Of Liability. These warranties exclude all incidental or consequential damages. My company, and its suppliers, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
